Shipping Policy

We proudly ship worldwide, at Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd, so that our community can enjoy Mmogeng products wherever they are located. All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times can be slightly longer in high-demand periods, promotions, or new product launches. On weekends or public holidays, orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered.
Shipping & Delivery Times.
Delivery times are estimated depending on the destination:
- South Africa: 3 to 4 weeks.
- International orders: 3 to 4 weeks.
Delivery windows, which are based on estimates as well, will be affected by courier shipment delays, processing in customs, the weather, and anything that is not in the hands of Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including your tracking number where tracking services are available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the courier system.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes.
International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the host country. These fees are not included in product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s sole responsibility. Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd is not liable for customs clearance delays.
Wrong Shipping Information.
The consumers should ensure they verify that the shipping details presented at checkout are accurate and complete. Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for shipped orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses as supplied by the customer. On an order returned due to an incorrect address, extra shipping costs may be added to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Delivery Packages.
Where an order is delivered to the courier, Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for a lost, stolen, or delayed order from the courier. But, we will offer reasonable tracking and delivery issue resolution where we can, for customers who need assistance to trace shipments.
Loss & Ownership Transfer.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the customer has control of and risk of loss from the goods purchased from Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd.
Force Majeure.
The Company shall not be liable by reason of not doing what was required for our delivery or for delays or non-fulfillment of delivery obligations for reasons beyond the normal course of business.
Delivery timelines are then extended in such circumstances.
- Natural disasters.
- Strikes or labour disruptions.
- Customs delays.
- Transportation failures.
- Government restrictions.
- Public emergencies or pandemics.
