Order & Fulfilment Policy.

This publication describes how orders are placed, processed and fulfilled when purchasing at Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd.

Order Acceptance. 

All orders from the Mmogeng site are subject to acceptance and product availability. Customers will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that their order has been received after placing an order. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including but not limited to:

• Product availability issues. 
• Pricing errors. 
• Suspected fraudulent transactions. 
• Problems with payment verification. 

If the order is cancelled after payment has been received, the customer is notified and is subsequently refunded where applicable.

Payment. 

Payments must be successfully completed and verified before an order can proceed. Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to hold or cancel any order when payment verification has not been completed.

Processing & Production. 

Orders are usually prepared and processed within 2–5 business days before they ship. Mmogeng products at times require to be made or printed on demand, and hence fulfilment may sometimes take longer depending on production demands. Processing times may increase during peaks of demand, promotional events, or product launches.

Customer Responsibilities. 

• Ensuring that information given up to and during checkout is accurate and complete:
• Shipping address. 
• Contact details. 
• Payment information. 

Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Modifications and Cancellations of Orders. 

Once an order has reached the production or fulfilment stage, it cannot be altered or cancelled. If a customer needs to request a change after placing the order, they must contact Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd as soon as possible. Although we will attempt to help wherever possible, once fulfilment has started, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing & Product Info. 

Although Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd is careful to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, errors may arise. Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders arising from such errors.
