Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd is proud to provide premium products to our customers across the globe. Since many of our products are made on demand, we generally don’t allow returns or refunds for change of mind. But if there is something wrong with your order, we will look into that.

Faulty or Defective Goods: If the item you receive is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, please inform us within 30 days of receiving your order. If you need to report a defective item please contact our support team and provide:

Your order number: A description of the issue. Clear photos showing the defect or damage. When the matter has been reviewed and confirmed, a new product will be offered by Mmogeng and is provided to the consumer for free. We might also offer personalized discount codes for subsequent purchases as a return of your time and willingness.

Refund Policy: Normally Mmogeng (Pty) Ltd does not refund once the order has been adequately filled and supplied. Where a product meets our defective product policy we’re going to replace a product with a new non-defective item. Refunds are only to be issued if necessary under applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Situations. They will have no options for returns, refunds or replacements if:

• Change of mind.
• Customer size of incorrect choice.
• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Minor colour differences caused by screen display variations.
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Consumer Rights. This policy is not set in any way to limit or replace any rights a customer has pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, including, but not limited to the implied warranty of quality of products sold to consumers. Customers may be entitled (where the legal requirement exists) to repair, replacement or refund pursuant to any consumer protection regulations.
